If you're looking for a chill, laid-back indie folk singer, you've came to the right spot. Chicago born, Nashville-dreaming Zach Cannella is exactly what you've been waiting to hear. Zach, unlike some indie pop/folk artists has connected to a more mellow and relaxing side of music.

Songs like "Stay Here" and "Fallen" have defined who Zach Cannella is and who have inspired him to become to musician he is; artists like John Mayer and Dave Matthews. His recent single "Jephthah," though, has a unique sound of it's own.

The combination of acoustic strings, drums and the voice of Zach make "Jephthah" so benevolant. The intensity of the beats in the middle of the song make the rest of the music come alive and the soft whispers of the orchestral strings in the background during the bridge connects the audience to the words through emotion. To myself, a song about embracing love is an instant hit. The intensity of the beats in the middle of the song make the rest of the music come alive. When I'm tired, especially after a hard days worth of work, this is the type of music I want to come home to listen to and I hope you find that in yourself as well.
